Promenade Shopping Centre Gift Cards* are now available to purchase from our Guest Services Desk. Redeemable at most retailers and services, give them the gift of choice with a Promenade Gift Card.

WHEELCHAIRS

Guest Services offers complimentary use of our wheelchairs.

STROLLERS

Promenade offers SmarteCarte Self-Serve strollers. SmarteCarte offers single and double strollers. Strollers are now located on Level 1 at the St. Louis/T&T Supermarket entrance (Entrance 3).

FIRST AID

Our Security Officers are trained in CPR and First Aid and are always here to help.

LOST & FOUND

If at any time you notice that you have misplaced an item or have become separated from your group, please visit Guest Services. Or, if you’ve found an item, please drop it off at Guest Services and we will ensure that it is returned to its owner.

FAMILY PARKING

At each of our main entrances, Promenade offers exclusive parking options for expectant mothers and parents with young children.

CHILDREN'S INDOOR PLAYGROUND

Bzz-E-Kidz is an indoor playground and multi-sport gym that gives children the opportunity to be active. The facility offers drop off play, after school programs such as art classes, basketball, ball hockey, dance, soccer and karate, as well as birthday parties. Located by Entrance 2 on Level 2.
